Founder Jonathan Carp believes that this product will lend itself to wellness-driven, health-conscious consumers.

“In response to the growing trend of protein-enriched diets, especially important for aging populations, fitness enthusiasts, and those looking for an easy and delicious way to incorporate more protein into their diet, Miracle Noodle has developed Egg White Noodles that boast 10 grams of high-quality protein per serving,” he said in a press release.

Both varieties of Egg White Noodles contain 45 calories and less than one gram of carbohydrates per serving. The noodles are gluten-free and ready to be used in a variety of recipes. Additionally, the brand claims that the noodles contain prebiotic benefits via egg whites’ essential amino acids.

Miracle Noodle Egg White Noodles are available for purchase at U.S. Sprouts Farmers Market and Amazon for a suggested retail price of $4.99.
